A very bad service in the restaurant...

Hi, my name is María José Cruz Pineda, last weekend I went to her restaurante to eat and I got there at 3:30 p.m. While I waited for my food i saw a cook spit on the food  and then he sent me that plate of food for me, plus the cutlery was dirty as well as the glasses.
Then, what would strongly recommend is that they change the cook and that they have the proper care in the field of hygiene of the cutiery, etc.
